Submitters who are not qualified for US requirement - Health Tech Innovators

I see that there are two participants who are not qualified for US criteria and submitted projects for Health Tech Innovators which requires the submitters to be in the US. The two submitters are:
- Blessing Onwunali who lives in Nigeria. Below is his project:
https://devpost.com/software/revolutionize-healthcare-with-doctorfinder
- Micheal G. Inso who lives in Australia. Below is his project:

Can you check and make sure people who do not meet geographic submission requirements cannot win the prize to make it fair for everyone?

That's true actually. Anyways your color of skin, your ethnic, your religion, and the place you come from doesn't matter when it comes to tech and health. What matters is your brilliant idea.
If in anyways the organizers decide to put that into consideration that's cool also. But I will like advice you, on this kind of program just focus and pray for your winning and allow the organizers to take action.

I wish we all will win this hackathon. Much love to you all.

We will be evaluating every project to ensure that the participants are US residents. While all projects appear in the gallery, only those eligible to receive a prize will be awarded.

    Thanks,

That's cool. Thanks for the further clarification Mrs. Dani, I wish you all [participate] the best.
I can't wait to see you all win.

This hackathon and criteria did not state a race criteria here. It is fair and It clearly states the geography requirement. In the US, we have people of different races and I am a person of color as well. The requirement clearly states that you need to be in the US to submit and I saw the project submission also asks questions about you should state you live in the US. When you submitted the project, you clearly read that question in order to submit the project. So you are not truthful in your submission if you stated you live in the US to submit the project. I don't think pulling the card of race here to make the pressure to receive the prize is right. I hope a person who is honest in submission will be rewarded the prize.

Sir, you're taking it too personal. Am sorry if I have offended you in one way or the other. I don't know if you're among the judges but if you're not one, I don't see the reason why you should disturb yourself.
Actually the runner up haven't been announced. I wish you will win. But I believe that Mrs. Dani have clarified this.

    Note:
--- I love hackathon and I love building and contributing to projects that will aid in making our world a better place.
--- Am a programmer, I uses my skill to solve real world problems.

If you have any project you will like us to work on together DM I will like to contribute the best of my knowledge.

    Thanks Dudu
    Much love
